At PARISI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective padding and documentation to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger furniture items through our customer service team.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
